When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 23, 2026 so we can finalize all the details for the wedding, including meals, seating, and shuttle planning.

Do I need a visa to go to Brazil?

Answer

Yes, U.S. citizens need a visa to enter Brazil. Check out the Travel & Visa section of our site for full details on how to apply.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is Cocktail/Formal. Women: midi or maxi/long dresses, or a chic jumpsuit. Men: dress pants and a button-up shirt (jackets and ties optional)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. Only you, or anyone specifically named on your invitation. We are not able to accommodate any additional guests.

Are kids welcome?

Only if they are specifically listed on your invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos and Sleep Inn Aeroporto de Guarulhos. All offer free airport shuttles, and we’ll provide shuttles to and from the wedding venue for guests staying at these hotels. Please let us know if you’ll be staying at one of these hotels so we can plan the shuttles.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be free parking at the venue for guests who choose to drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ll provide complimentary shuttles on the wedding day for guests staying at our recommended hotels: Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos and Sleep Inn Aeroporto de Guarulhos. Note: Exact shuttle times will be shared closer to the wedding, so be sure to check back!
