When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Phipps Conservatory Outdoor Garden in Pittsburgh, PA. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by the reception.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

To keep it intimate, plus-ones (+1) are only extended to guests traveling from outside of Pittsburgh unless we've invited your partner. Please feel free to message us if you want to double-check. Thanks for understanding!

Can I bring kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! To keep the celebration intimate, we’re kindly asking local guests to join us for an adults-only evening. However, we know that guests traveling from out of town may not have easy childcare options, so we’re happy to welcome children who are coming from outside the town. Thank you for understanding,!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:45 PM to be seated before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have cocktail hour, followed by a full dinner and dessert. It’s going to be delicious! We will be hosting a dry wedding, but there will be plenty of delicious non-alcoholic options.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is floral and light colors, perfect for an outdoor garden setting. Feel free to dress up but keep it comfortable for the weather.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at Phipps Conservatory’s main lot. If this lot fills up, there are plenty of additional public parking along Schenley Drive (Phipps Garden closes at 5PM so there will be many vacant spaces). For Pittsburgh residents, we recommend carpooling/Uber if possible.
