Shuttle

Winn Transportstion bus will leave the Hilton Hotel in Short pump at 2:45pm to ensure prompt arrival to the venue at 3pm. The same bus will leave the venue at 10:30pm to drop people back off at the Hilton. The bus allows up to 55 passengers. Please let Kaitlyn and Steven know if you plan on using the shuttle. If you plan on ubering to the venue and using the shuttle back please let Kaitlyn or Steven know.
Travel Note
Uber and Lyfts will most likely be unavalible to drive you to your hotel, airbnb or home. Please do not rely on them. There are a few taxi services that you can schedule a ride with or have someone be a designated driver! There will be only one bus ride that will drive to the Hilton in Short Pump for drop off. Please do not miss the bus! We are all adults so please drink responsibly and do NOT drink and drive. The venue allows for some cars to be parked overnight, but they MUST be picked up by 10am.
