ARE KIDS INVITED?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHY CAN'T I BOOK A ROOM?

Answer

The hotel blocks off a certain number of rooms at a time, but we can always add more rooms as those get booked. If you have trouble booking a room, please contact Sarah or Kevin and we'll make sure more rooms are added. Thanks for your patience!

DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?

Answer

Most drinks will be on us! However if you want to get shots or something a little fancy, please make sure to bring some cash!

IS THERE A SHUTTLE?

Answer

Yes! Due to the needs of other hotel guests. there are two times the shuttle will transport guests. At 4:30, the shuttle will take guests to Harmony Hall and transport guests back to the hotel at 10:00 at the end of the night. Unfortunately we were only able to select two times to ensure shuttle transportation. Please be prompt if you would like to use this service.

WILL THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION BE OUTDOORS?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors. Dress accordingly!
