Welcome Event On The Beach

Check in at the hotel is at 4pm, so get settled and feel free to mingle on the beach before we take off for the ceremony. We will have a suite set up with some drinks and snacks for you to stop by and enjoy.
Outdoor Ceremony
6:30 pm - 7:15 pm

Look nice, but dress to your comfort level for an outdoor ceremony by the water.
You will need to pay $4.00 per vehicle that crosses the bridge so carpooling is encouraged. There is a big sign at the entrance that says "Think Outside!" Guests are required to park in the lot across from this sign.

If we don't have time to take photos at the ceremony site we will stop at a scenic site of the Mackinac Bridge for a photo session of family and friends. Yes, even you person who just thought "I hate having my photo taken."
Dinner, Cake, Dancing, and Drinks (This is basically the Reception)

We are hosting our Dinner, Cake Cutting, Drinks, and Dancing at the Stargazing House in Headlands Dark Sky Park. The house is the first building you come to after entering the park. We will have pizzas on hand from BC Pizza and a home made taco bar for all you pizza haters. We plan to offer group travel in the form of large capacity carpooling vehicles from the hotel to the Stargazing House for anyone comfortable riding with us. We want to help reduce bridge tolls. We also want everyone to be as drunk and safe as possible.
