Travel & Stay

The Wedding Website of Abigail Hursh and Nicholas Julander
We're so excited to see you in Vail, one of our favorite places! Below you’ll find hotel options where we’ve secured discounted room blocks, along with a travel note at the bottom of the page! We’ve secured room blocks at two hotels at a discounted rate. Please choose whichever option works best for you. Airbnbs are also a great alternative! If you plan to drive to the ceremony, no problem - there is a large parking lot at the venue, and cars may be left overnight. Vehicles must be picked up by 11:00 AM the following day. Please note: room blocks are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Travel Note

Things to Consider:

- Flying in: If you’re traveling from out of state, you can fly into Denver International Airport (DIA) (approximately a 2-hour drive to Vail) or Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) (about a 40-minute drive to Vail; flights are limited). - Travel from the airport: From either airport, you can take a shared shuttle (such as Epic Mountain Express or Peak 1 Express) or rent a car—which we recommend if you’d like to explore the area at your own pace. - Getting around Vail: Vail offers a free shuttle that connects all base areas (Vail Village and Lionshead), residential neighborhoods, and the Vail Transportation Center. Ubers are also available (although sometimes not the most reliable). The only time you’ll need to travel outside of Vail is for our welcome party, which will be about a 15-minute drive, depending on where you’re staying.
