We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so everyone can be seated. The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM.
Yes! A shuttle bus will pick up guests at Tivoli Lodge and stop at the Grand Hyatt before heading to the ceremony venue. Shuttles will return guests to the hotels at the end of the evening, with one early return loop at 9:00 PM.
Semi-Formal for Wedding Day: For men, a suit or dress shirt with slacks is great. For women, any length dress, a skirt and top, or a jumpsuit is perfect! The ceremony and cocktail hour will likely be outdoors, so consider bringing a light jacket. No jeans please :) Western Chic for Welcome Party: Come as your stylish, fun self with a touch of western flair! Jeans, boots, dresses, or skirts all work. The venue is both indoors and outdoors, so you might want a light jacket. Yes, there is a dedicated, free parking lot located just past the Saloon to the left, along with available street parking in the surrounding area.
Yes! The venue has a dedicated free parking lot with 130 spaces available for guests. Cars may be left overnight but must be picked up by 11:00 AM the following day.
