BOOKING: We recommend you book at the Kirkwood Mountain Resorts Properties (not the other hotels listed) at The Mountain Club (the rooms with "Club" or "Slopeside" in the name). If you would like to book a Meadows Region room, it'll be about a 0.75 mi walk to the shuttle pickup location, though there are also shuttle rides to get around the resort. DATES: We recommend booking for the nights of July 4th and July 5th (July 3rd & July 6th optional). DISCOUNTS: The link we've included will take you to a discount page for booking. The discount is based on the going rate of the day, so we encourage everyone to book sooner rather than later to take advantage of the low rates for Spring time bookings during this time of year! SHUTTLE: A shuttle service will be offered from Kirkwood Mountain Resort on our wedding day. The Shuttle will pick-up and drop-off at The Lodge (adjacent building to The Mountain Club and 0.75 mi walk from The Meadows). We'll ask people to sign up for shuttle rides at specific times to make sure everyone who needs a ride gets one!
Travel Note
We ask that you sign up for a pickup time to get from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle we'll be running throughout the night to catch a ride whenever you're ready to go back to the hotel.
