Campsite Setup

We invite our campers to arrive as early as the night of July 3rd to set up your campsites. You'll have full access to the venue to use the fire pits, the lake, the Saloon and the dance hall! Please note that we do not have any activities organized until Friday, July 4th!

Swimsuits & 'Merica!
Party on the lake with us! *BYOB* We'll be barbecuing for several hours to make sure everyone is fed and will end the night with some line dancing and s'mores at the fire pits!
Mountain Olympics
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
We'll be hosting a Mountain Olympics on the 4th of July. Each guest who would like to participate will be assigned to a team to compete for a special prize! Activities will include a mix of summertime games (corn hole, water balloon toss, tug of war, etc.)

Cocktail Garden Party Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, and fun ties, bowties, hats and fascinators. Suits optional, suspenders encouraged (no jeans please)
It'll be hot, dress accordingly! Note to Ladies: We'll be walking in grass at the ceremony site. If you're planning on heels, block heels are highly encouraged so we don't tear up the grass! The Ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM with the reception following at 6:00 PM after cocktail hour.

R&R by the Lake

The day will be dedicated to clean-up and R&R. Feel free to join us to relax by the lake before you make your way back home!
