Our wedding will be a safe and loving space for all. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind and strive to be as inclusive as possible. If you plan to attend, please come with a heart full of love and respect and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We love you all! ❤️🌈🏳️⚧️✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊
Yes! Accessibility matters to us and we have chosen our venue with many of these factors in mind. However, there will be a spot on our online RSVP to let us know about any questions or concerns you have around accessibility.
Please plan to arrive at 4:45PM.
We are getting married on a naval base, so you will have to go through a military base entrance with guards (don't be alarmed). All attendees should be prepared to show a valid driver's license or other federally-recognized photo ID. They will have your name and will happily direct you to our venue after confirming your identity. Please also be aware that Orange Cab (+1 401-841-0030) is the only cab company allowed on the base, so please use them for your ride to the venue. Rideshare companies such as Uber and Lyft cannot get on the base. So, if you wish to avoid the walk to the venue (about 5 minutes) or a brief wait for the shuttle we have arranged to transport you from the gate to the venue, please use Orange Cab.
Yes, free parking is available at the Newport Officers' Club.
Please RSVP by June 1, 2022. Please note it is extremely important to RSVP on time as the naval base requires a list of all parties attending in advance. If we do not have your RSVP, they unfortunately will not allow you on the naval base the day of our wedding.
Yes. Our online RSVP will allow you to indicate any food allergies or special dietary needs. However, please note we are not able to accommodate all personal preferences.
We love children dearly, but want our wedding to be your night off. We hope that you will have enough notice to make other plans for your beloved kiddos.
The dress code for our ceremony and rehearsal is semi-formal (suit and tie and cocktail dresses.)
