Maid of Honor
Rachel and I first met our freshman year of college. We were in the same sorority, Delta Gamma. We instantly became best friends and we knew we'd be friends forever when we sat on our living room floor sophomore year and planned each other's weddings. Things have really come full circle! Rachel is the most caring and thoughtful friend, and she has a plan for everything. Literally -- she is my glorified wedding planner. She's been with me through it all, and I can't imagine my wedding (or my life) without her by my side.
Best Man
Colin and I have been the best of bros since the sixth grade. There is never a time that he is not busting my balls about being a buckeye fan...LOL. But I digress. He has been there for me through the good and bad times in life and truly has made me a better person. We will forever be the Laker Killerz duo talking shit and proving people wrong. I love him to death and couldn't ask for a better BEST MAN.
Maid of Honor
Ironically, Maddy and I met because she was going on a date with a boy I once dated. Luckily for us, neither of us ended up with said boy and became close friends instead shortly after we both graduated from The University of Texas. Maddy is fun-loving and her excitement about life is contagious. She inspires me daily to be the best version of myself. There's literally no one else that I'd walk 26 miles during SXSW with... just to get pizza. I think that alone about sums up our friendship in just one sentence. I am thrilled to have Maddy as my Maid of Honor.
Best Man
Frost and I first met during Sigma Nu Fall Rush 2013. He transferred from LSU to Texas Tech, and since then, we became very good friends. The memories Frost and I have could honestly be put into a movie, haha -- not even joking. Most importantly he is a brother that has been there for me through the good and bad times of life. Glad to call him a Best Man of mine.
Bridesmaid
Some of us are lucky enough to have our sisters as our best friends. Unfortunately for Kendal and me, that's not the case. (I'm just kidding.) Growing up, there's nothing I wanted more than a baby sister. Once I got her, I asked if we could send her back. I still ask that sometimes. (Okay, still kidding.) On a serious note, Kendal is the spontaneous, life-of-the-party version of me, and she has become one of my closest friends as we've gotten older. I could not imagine my wedding without her.
Groomsman
Steve was brought into my life during my freshman year of college. He is one hundred percent the funniest person I know. There is not a time that he doesn't have me laughing so hard that I'm in tears. We share the same passion in our sporting teams like no other! He is the most caring person -- he will legit go to WAR for you and will always have your back. He is my brother, and I will forever love him.
Bridesmaid
Ash. My little sister. We didn't really get along when we were kids because she told on me all the time... but our relationship grew when both of us matured. I'll forever be protective over her because she is my little sister. Through thick and thin, she is always there for me no matter what is going on. I love you Ash, the best little sister! -James
Groomsman
Mitchy!!! Mitch and I first met Summer 2012. One of the best summers of my life because I also met his older brother Steve at that time. I'm not convinced he isn't my little brother from another mother. He has always been family to me and I truly couldn't ask for a better little brother. Love ya!
Bridesmaid
If it weren't for Becca, this wedding wouldn't be happening, because James and I would have never met. Although Becca and I went to high school together, we didn't become close until college, when I joined Delta Gamma and became her "grand-little." She quickly became the older sister I never had, and that has never changed. Becca is steadfast, thoughtful, loyal, and the most caring friend you could imagine. I am overjoyed to have her standing next to me on this big day.
Groomsman
My Buckeye Brother! Delano and I first met during rush week when I was recruiting him to be a Sigma Nu. I knew it was a match made in heaven when he told me he is a huge Buckeye fan like myself. To this day, we continue our tradition of watching The Game together and talking non-stop about the Bucks. He is a damn good friend, and I am glad to forever have him in my corner. Cheers and Go Bucks!
Bridesmaid
Katie and I met because we were both "sweethearts" for the same fraternity in college. We became fast friends and roommates during our senior year. Katie is a firecracker, the Grace to my Frankie, and always down to dance with me in empty bars in the middle of the week. I'm so happy to have her by my side on my wedding day.
Groomsman
Collin with 2 Ls...We have been very good friends since Day 1 of Fall 2012 pledgeship. I will always remember the memories on wasted Wednesdays at 2002B and the good nights post-grad at ole Bottle B! Couldn't ask for a better pledge and cobra brother (inside joke)!
Bride's House Party
Rachael and I go allll the way back to 2008. It's safe to say that we've been through it all, and I know that no matter what happens, she'll always be there when I need her. Rachael has a huge heart and is like a sister to me. We've been dreaming about this day for years, and I'm overjoyed to have her a part of my wedding.
Bride's House Party
Chandler and I have been great friends since we met while working together at GoDaddy. She is hilarious, caring, and probably the only person who can (maybe) eat more Taco Bell than me. I am so happy to call her my friend and have her a part of this special day.
