Weekend Schedule
Friday evening:
Please join us after the rehearsal dinner (around 9:00pmish) for a "night before" cocktail. We'll meet in the bar at Moody’s, located at 10007 Bridge Street in Truckee.
Saturday morning:
The weather has decided to shine down upon us with beautiful daytime temperatures in the low 70s!
Join us on a scenic stroll along the Truckee River! Plan to meet at 10:00am in front of the hotel, and we’ll all head out from there. Water will be provided.
If you're not up to walk, it will be a gorgeous day to drive around Lake Tahoe. Remember, it will take a minimum of 3 hours without stops, and we need everyone seated for the ceremony no later than 4:45pm...arriving by 4:30pm would be ideal. ;-)
Saturday evening:
The wedding afterparty will be held at Bar of America, which is minutes from the Cedar House. An 80s cover band is playing, which should be fun when the bar is taken over by guys in kilts and lovely ladies wearing fancy hats! 10:00pm

The Cedar House Sport Hotel will host the ceremony. Dinner/reception to follow. Please be seated by 4:45pm. We encourage out-of-town guest to stay at the hotel. It's lovely and convenient. Please mention Pierce Hunter Wedding when booking your room.
