Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us. We are so fortunate to have them in our lives. "To get the full value of joy, you must have someone to divide it with." - Mark Twain

Kelly Kapp

Maid of Honor

The best sister a girl could ask for. Kelly has been there with Reagan since Day One (literally), and has always been Reagan’s number one cheerleader (also literally — Kelly inspired Reagan to join her on the cheer squad in high school!). When Kelly isn’t in the hospital performing surgeries, Reagan loves to visit her in Kansas City for sisterly wisdom, tons of laughter, and long walks in the sun. Kelly has been bringing sunshine into Reagan’s life since the beginning.

Monica Bodd

Bridesmaid

Reagan came to know and love Monica in college at Rice University — first through a Bible study, and then through rooming together their senior year. No matter how challenging a day was, Reagan knew she could always come home to share a hug and a home-baked Ghirardelli brownie with Monica. Throughout Reagan's time in law school (and Monica's time in med school), they've always made time for a weekly phone call to catch up. Doing life with Monica has been such a joy.

Rachel Clark

Bridesmaid

Rachel was a huge blessing in Reagan's life the year she worked in Houston before law school — and has continued to be a blessing ever since. They became fast friends when Rachel mentioned that she loved Ben Rector, and Reagan told Rachel she had an extra ticket to his upcoming concert. Since then, they've been on a years-long search for Houston's best coffee house. Rachel has always made Reagan feel like a part of her family, and Reagan couldn't be more grateful.

Kyra Cooper

Bridesmaid

When Reagan first got to know Kyra, she would jokingly call her "Miss Congeniality" because Kyra seemed to know and be friends with absolutely everyone at the law school. After spending more time with Kyra, Reagan realized that this nickname was absolutely perfect: Kyra has never met a stranger and is always game for an adventure with friends. Among her many attributes, Kyra has incredible taste in musicals, a talent for baking perfect sourdough bread, and a huge Midwestern heart.

Briana McNamara

Bridesmaid

Briana and Reagan met at a game night during law school orientation. After discovering they were in the same section for all of their first-year coursework, they decided to sit next to each other in every class. Some of Reagan's fondest memories from her first year of law school are chatting about cases (and life) over lunch with Briana in the student lounge. In addition to having the best collection of board games that Reagan has ever seen, Briana always has a smile and an an encouraging word for everyone.

Anna Needham

Bridesmaid

Ever since they sat next to each other in high school concert choir, Reagan and Anna have had entirely too much fun together. Their adventures have ranged from playing on the high school tennis team to writing and performing an original song together for their high school's annual benefit concert. Although they've come a long way since high school, some things never change. Reagan loves that every time she talks to Anna it's like no time has passed at all.

Tamara Skinner

Bridesmaid

As incoming law students, Tamara and Reagan serendipitously found each other on Facebook and agreed to be roommates. Reagan feels so grateful to have had Tamara by her side throughout her three years of law school. They've had a blast exploring the Windy City together, hosting birthday parties and law school gatherings at their apartment, and even studying together! Reagan messaged Tamara hoping to find a good roommate, and what she got was so much better: a lifelong friend.

Ethan Carty

Best Man

Ethan and Hunter grew up together in Virginia and have known each other since they were 4. They’ve been through everything together, from T-ball to prom. Catch them at a Richmond craft brewery sporting orange and powder blue tuxedos.

Edmund Bannister

Groomsman

Sir Edmund Roger Thurston Bannister XII, Earl of Nottingham hails from New York City, though his loyalties remain with the Crown. When not playing cricket or drinking tea, he enjoys waiting for the Yankees to earn title 28 and extolling the virtues of the designated hitter. He met the bride and groom in law school.

Tim Carey

Groomsman

Tim is a proud native of Central Jersey. He met the bride and groom in law school, and as of yet he has not appeared to grow tired of them. Tim is responsible for the wonderful proposal photos you can see on this website. Though Hunter would never admit it, Tim probably knows more about baseball than him.

William Kapp

Groomsman

Bill is Hunter’s future brother-in-law. Any conversation between the two of them will inevitably touch on their shared love of philosophy and travel. Additional topics of discussion include the peculiarities of Berlin and the hidden virtues of brutalist architecture. Reagan feels incredibly lucky to have Bill as her brother. Whether it's laughing about funny tweets or pondering global politics, he makes any conversation more interesting and more fun. You won't find a more loyal friend (or anyone who can make a better pitch for the musical genius of Kanye West). Reagan cannot wait to see what he accomplishes and looks forward to more concerts, road trips, and adventures together.

Alex McNamara

Groomsman

Alexei McNamara met Hunter at the Cove Lounge (where else?) before their first year of law school. The two have been close ever since, with their friendship surviving innumerable bouts of Mario Party and Cubitos. Both Hunter and Reagan hopefully await his return to his native Texas.

Jake O'Campo

Groomsman

Hunter and Jake’s friendship began in Mr. Hence’s freshman health class (“First I was the hunter, now I am the hunted…”) and has endured to this day. Jake enjoys losing to Hunter in pickup tennis and being the leader of his and Hunter’s unofficial Nick Kyrgios fan club.

Raphael Wyss

Groomsman

Raphael W̶e̶i̶s̶s̶ V̶o̶o̶s̶ Wyss comes from the great Confederation of Switzerland. He met the bride and groom during his year at the University of Chicago’s LLM program. When not trying to convince Hunter that Swiss German is a real language, he enjoys daydreaming about Texas, IPAs, and the Cove Lounge.

Sean Hintz

Usher

Sean is Hunter’s cousin and they have always shared a special relationship, knowing exactly how to make each other laugh. As the honorary “Mayor” of his hometown of Sterling, VA, Sean connects with people easily and became fast friends with Reagan when they met at Hunter and Reagan’s law school graduation ceremony. He is excited to be part of their special day.
