Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For our Friday Catholic ceremony, we will not be providing transportation as the Cathedral is centrally located in Sacramento. There will be transportation for the Saturday ceremony and reception: 2:00 pm BUSSES PICK UP AT THE SHERATON AND HYATT REGENCY One bus at 13th and K street Two buses ​in front of the Sheraton right past the front doors 3:30 pm Ceremony 4:00 - 5:00 pm Cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres 5:30 - 10:00 pm Buffet dinner and Reception Buses will transport guests back to the hotels with the first bus leaving at 8pm and the last two buses transporting guests to the after party as well For our Saturday ceremony at Cavaignac, we will be providing a shuttle service from *Hotel* to the venue every *minutes* starting at *time*. We will also be providing a shuttle service from the venue to *Hotel* every *minutes* starting at *time*.

What is the parking situation for the Friday and Saturday Ceremonies?

Answer

Friday Ceremony at the Cathedral: The Cathedral does not have a parking lot, but there are three public parking lots close by. They all charge parking fees. 1. City parking lot on 10th and L Street, with entrance on 10th Street. 2. City parking lot on 11th Street between I Street and J Street. Saturday Ceremony at Cavaignac: There is convenient on site parking available at the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

*Friday Catholic Ceremony* Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please keep in mind the setting of the event while planning your outfits. *Our Saturday Ceremony* Garden Formal: Tuxes, formal jumpsuits, and midi to floor length gowns are preferred, but not required. Ideally no knees are seen. The bridesmaids will be wearing light blue. The majority of the event will be on the grass, so please keep that in mind for footwear. While we're delighted by your interest, we kindly request that only guests explicitly mentioned on the invitation attend our wedding. We've finalized our guest list to ensure a wonderful celebration for all!

Answer

We want all our guests to enjoy the celebration to the fullest. Please feel free to make any special dietary requests when you RSVP. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a delightful dining experience.

Do you have any hotel recommendations? Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Given the size of our wedding, we will not have a hotel block, but we have a couple of recommended hotels that will be located centrally in Sacramento within walking distance to the Saturday shuttle pickup point. You can find these hotels on our "Travel" section of the website.
