Maid of Honor
Where to begin? We met in our third grade sunday school class at church. We were both very shy and quiet and kind of just stuck together because of that I think. Throughout the years we just became closer and closer and she became my bestest friend to date. We were together ALL the time. People would ask if we were attached at the hip! We've been on countless youth trips together, we were in the same dance classes every year, been on many spring break trips and vacations together, led worship together, joined the same homeschool group, graduated high school on the same stage, and so many other things! When we were kids we would tell each other "you better make me your maid of honor", and here we are! She's also getting married in November and I get to be her maid of honor! I can't wait!
Best Man
One time a buddy of mine told me that he had an awesome job opportunity that could make me and one of my friends easy money by the thousands. All we had to do was paint a gas station. I called none other than Kyle Thompson. Surely he in all of his handy skills and bachelor degree, was the man I needed to take on this goldmine of an opportunity. He was in... We slaved through the night for weeks fighting against spiders, cheap paint, sleep deprivation, illegal ladder maneuvers, debt, gas station pizza, and a stingy old man who took us for everything we owned. We finished the job with no more than our lives to take from it, and a bond that will never be broken.

Annabelle and I met through our homeschool group my sophomore year of highschool. We were friends but didn't became best friends until I was out of highschool and we really started hanging out. Annabelle is someone I know I can go to for anything and is an awesome listener. We've helped each other through some hard times and I am so grateful for her shoulder to cry on when I need it! She's also one of the funniest people I know and makes me laugh on a regular basis!

You know that thing parents say..."If your friends jumped off a cliff would you do it too?"... Well that friend is Clay McCown. Yes he's jumped off a few cliffs, and I followed. (Sorry mom) If there was ever a moment in my life that I almost died, it was probably accompanied by Clay McCown. That being said, those moments are also some of my best memories! I think everyone needs that friend in their life that really challenges them to step out and do something a little crazy and fun, and Clay has been that for me. I'm more brave and more outgoing because of him and we have plenty of stories to prove it! Just don't turn him loose with your ATV!
Bridesmaid
Shelby works and lives at Camp Baldwin and is my next door neighbor. She took the job at camp in April 2016 and we met at the Pensacola airport where she was flying in to have her interview. That summer we became really close and we have been since. She is like the big sister I never had! She is always so encouraging and I can count on her to always give the best honest advice. She helps keep me in check. We've had some crazy memories together just from the four years we've known each other! I am going to miss being able to just run over to her house at any time so much!

Daniel is the one friend i've known my WHOLE life, literally. Like.. our moms hung out when they were pregnant with him and my older brother. So Daniel is my big brother too. Everything me and Houston did growing up, Daniel usually came over and joined us. He has known me in my worst and best moments and he's still here for me! We all grew up, and got adult lives but the brotherly love never changed. Even to this day whenever we get a chance we game together, go hiking, sleepover, and just love to hang out. I'm thankful for his steadfast friendship.

Meagan and I met May 2016 when she worked for Camp Baldwin as a staffer that summer. Though if I'm being honest, I was scared and super intimidated by her! I don't even know why and it seems so silly now, but she tells it like it is and I guess that's why! After summer, she stayed on at camp as an intern. We weren't close so I really didn't know what to expect. We quickly became super close though! When I truly got to know her, I learned she was actually super nice, outgoing, and just a fun person to be around! She's always down for an adventure, is my music buddy, and netflix binge watching buddy. We even got to take a trip to Disney/Universal together! Last summer she moved to Colorado to take a job at a different camp and man do I miss her!

Connor and I were co-workers at a coffee shop. He trained me on my first day and I burned his hand and basically challenged every method of coffee making that he showed me. He loved it.... We knew that day, that we were either going to hate each other, or become best friends. You can probably guess what happened. Despite us becoming best friends i still drive him nuts. I actually broke one of his fishing rods once, and if you know how he is about his stuff, it's a miracle he still loves me! On a serious note, during our time at the coffee shop we talked a lot, and in that time we built a relationship around spiritual accountability. Both of us were constantly there for each other to pray and encourage one another during some tough seasons in my life which meant a lot to me.

Katie also worked as a summer staffer for Camp Baldwin in 2016 and like with Meagan, we weren't super close. At the time, she was in college at the University of Mobile and would come hang out at camp most weekends and we just became close through that! If you are into personality type things we are both INFJs which is the rarest of all the types. So we have a lot of similarities, for example, things that we think are funny are usually not funny to anyone else. I guess it's an INFJ thing! She's such a sweet and supportive friend and I can't imagine my life without her now!

This guy is about to be my new bro and I’m stoked to be a part of his family! Me and Justin met the same time I met Hannah and since then we have bonded a lot through music, games, church, and nights out with the bois! He's kinda a genius (probably because of jeopardy), he's the best zoo worker I’ve ever met, a smooth bassist, and a good friend with a heart for God and good music!
Bridesmaid
I met Ashley in May 2016 as she was also a summer staffer for Camp Baldwin that summer (There's a trend going on here!). We look back now and we really don't remember when or how we became friends, it just kind of happened! Ashley is a good bit younger than me but you would never be able to tell it. She's so kind and wise and has the chillest personality. She's my country music buddy and we've had many long talks just driving around for no reason. She gives the best hugs in the world and would help me with anything if I needed it. She's the best!

I would not love, appreciate, and really know music the way I do if it wasn't for Adam Smith. When I was just a wee child at my old church, Adam smith, with a glorious mane of rock and roll hair, helped lead the youth band! With the swagger of Phil Collins, he played drums AND sang. His righteous skills inspired my pubescent dreams and I wanted to be in the band! In time I learned to play and joined him on stage along with some of my best friends! The years of rocking out together will forever be some of my favorites! Now Adam has less hair and more kids but he's still playing at Spring Valley and inspiring the youth. Every time he visits Oasis Church I love having him on stage with us!

Hannah and I met in May 2017 (bet you thought I was going to say 2016) because she was a summer staffer at Camp Baldwin that summer. On staff training weekend for that year, we had to choose a partner for a few icebreaker games. We chose each other because we were both named Hannah and we've been best buds ever since. Hannah has a huge personality and is a crazy ball of fun to be around! She will just call me at random times just to talk about life. She lives in Birmingham so we don't get to see each other a whole lot throughout the year but it's always a blast when we are together. I can't wait to be able to share in all the festivities with her the next couple of months!
Groomsman
I met Paul at Oasis Church! When me and Hannah started dating, Paul was always there to ask me how things were going. Paul has helped run sound and slides at Oasis since basically the beginning. In my pursuit of close guy friends when I moved down here Paul has been one of the most faithful friends. He's consistently there to help out at the church, he's always down to hang out, and he always keeps things funny with his mad photoshop skills.
Bridesmaid
If you can't tell by the last name, Sarah is my future sister in law! I met Sarah when she started dating Houston, Hunter's brother, and she has always been so sweet and has the most compassionate heart. She was my friend way before Hunter and I even started dating and I am so excited that we get to share a last name and I finally have a sister. I got to be there and help out on her wedding day and I'm so happy she gets to stand beside me on mine!

My brother and my best friend. I'm so thankful God blessed me with a brother. Growing up with him has given me a friend at all times. A friend that knows and understands me better than anyone. He has challenged me and been a role model in many areas of my life. I followed him into music, and ministry and in a lot of ways we've walked together in learning how to build our lives as adults and be good men. I couldn't do life without him. Houston is always going to love me, support me, and be there for me whatever I need. He tries his best every day to live in a way that shares God's love and i'm thankful to have that kind of brother to lean on.

In October of 2016, I started working at a store at the Tanger Outlets and on my first day on the job I met Maddy who was an assistant manager at the store. She was so sweet and helped me learn everything that day. We learned we were the same age, that we were raised in similar ways, and that she was my sister in Christ. Over the next months, through working together, we grew to become best friends. She is that friend that I would call if I just needed to run some errands and wanted someone to come with me so I wouldn't have to be alone. She's an awesome listener and someone I can come to with anything. In August of 2017 she moved to go to Mississippi State University and started her own coffee company which has been a success and I am just so proud of her! I miss her like crazy though!

Worlds best boss. The boss man. The man boss. The man. That's just it. he's pretty cool I guess. ...Can I have a raise?...haha I really do want to say something serious here. Caleb and I have worked together for almost 2 years now and he manages everything we do, including myself and my crazy visions, very well! He's down right inspiring. He's a great friend and knows how to balance work and quality time well. Through dating Hannah and getting engaged and planning everything, Caleb has been a massive support. He cares about every detail of the events in my life and is never too busy to stop and make sure i'm doing ok with all of the stress and planning. Our work relationship has been more like that of a family and I thank God for putting us in the same place!
