Ashley and Helena met during their freshmen year of college and were both Women in Science and Engineering Residential Program Board members. Helena was also one of the bride and groom’s group partners for a chemical engineering project on heat transfer which involved K’nex and a lot of tin foil fans.

Ashley and Hunter both met Tristan in college and he has been on the grooms' group projects and shared a rental house with the bride for her final semester of college. Tristan has also accompanied the couple on many Pokémon Go hunts and raids.
Andrea Miller

Ashley met Andrea in college, they frequently could be found at the Big House cheering on the football team or at Crisler Center watching the Michigan vs. Michigan State rivalry basketball game. Andrea and Ashley shared an apartment for a year and hosted many Friday night ChemE hang out sessions.

Brandon is one of Hunter’s older brothers and taught Ashley some welding techniques in college for a Michigan Process Equipment Design and Demonstration project. Brandon is also affectionately known as BranBran

Leah married into the family in July but initiated a weekly board game night with the couple before then. Leah’s secret recipe for chicken tacos has become Hunter’s favorite.

Zach is one of Ashley’s cousins and met Hunter through Catan focused board game nights. Zach and Hunter bonded over their passion for watching and playing League of Legends.
