Semi-Formal — Gentlemen: suits or dress pants with a blazer (tie optional, but welcome). Ladies: midi or floor-length dresses. Please choose footwear that’s comfortable for grass or gravel paths (block heels, wedges, or formal flats). Layers or wraps are recommended for the evening breeze.
4:00 PM – Guest Arrival & Seating Please arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If driving, please follow signs to guest parking. 4:30 PM – Ceremony The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the beautiful grounds of Rivercrest Farm.
Reception

5:00 PM – Cocktail Hour Enjoy drinks, light bites, and mingling while the couple greets guests and takes a few photos. 6:30 PM – Dinner & Toasts A delicious meal served inside the elegant barn reception space. 7:15 PM – Dancing & Desserts Back outside under the stars on our open-air dance floor. Music and sweet treats to keep the celebration going. 11:00 PM – Send-Off Help us close the night by joyfully sending off the bride and groom!
