FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, get seated and settle in.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors? What will the weather be like?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, rain, snow or shine. The reception will follow indoors, with an optional outdoor space (heaters will be available if needed). Mid-November in Minnesota averages around 40°F, so please dress warmly and bring a coat that matches the dress code.

Answer

We respectfully ask that no children under the age of 16 attend. We want everyone to be able to relax, celebrate and enjoy the evening with us.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Please check your invitation. If it includes a plus-one, you are welcome to bring them. If not, we kindly ask that you honor the invitation as written.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 15, 2025. Whether or not you can attend, we kindly ask that you RSVP so we can finalize our headcount and seating chart.

Question

Answer

Yes, there are 94 parking spots in the private lot. Cars may be left overnight but must be picked up by noon the following day. Street parking is not allowed, so we encourage our guests to carpool if possible.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have plenty of music and dancing. At 10:00 PM, the party will turn into a silent disco (headsets provided) and will end at 11:00 PM.

Question

Can I take photos at the wedding? How can I share them?

Answer

We kindly ask no phones or cameras during the ceremony—our photographers will capture everything. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos and videos. We’ll provide a QR code at your tables so you can share your pictures with us. We’ll also have a “Capture the Love” station for fun snapshots.

Question

Will your dog, Nola, be at the wedding? Can we interact with Nola?

Answer

Yes! Our golden retriever, Nola, is part of our wedding party. She will be present for the ceremony, photos and some of the reception, but not during dinner. Nola is friendly, but please allow her to greet you first before petting. During the ceremony, we ask that you avoid distracting noises or attempts to pet her, so she can carry out her flower girl and ring bearer duties. For her safety, please do not feed her any food or treats.
