Memories with the bride: Anytime involving shopping and eating popovers at the mall!

Natalio “Nat”

Best Man

Bert is the younger brother I never had and always wanted. We have developed quite the chemistry and bromance, but when it comes to drinking buddies, Nat will always choose Tess! #Bertcanthang.

Groomsman

My favorite memory of Bert and I was when we first demonstrated our athletic abilities at the Amador household when we were in middle school. I was standing on the balcony outside looking down on Bert who had just cracked open a soda and took a sip. I told him to throw a drink up to me too. Bert takes a sip of the opened soda and tosses it up to me on the second story the soda didn’t tumble, spill a drop and was caught with perfection. We knew in that moment that Coca-Cola missed an opportunity for the greatest Super Bowl commercial of all time!!!!

Melissa “ Meesha”

Matron of Honor

Fond memories with the bride: Drunk in Europe, hungover watching great British baking show, being sidekicks at any family event. Too many to count….

Tanis “ Tah- Tee”

Bridesmaid

Early memories with the bride: Riding in the back of her huge red suburban, acting like we were the cops, quickly typing in fake license plates & writing up tickets for everything everyone was doing wrong, as we were illegal riding in the truck with no seatbelts! Ha!! Love you my limbbbb. Growing up with you was the bestttt!!! SO many memories, but this was one of my faves! Xooo

Groomsman

Our trips to Vegas and Palm Springs were a blast. My favorite memory has to be from our weekend trip to Vegas in 100 degree heat. Gambling, eating dinner at a steakhouse, tawny port wine, lots of shenanigans, laughter and great conversations with Bert and Nat. Over the weekend thinking that it was a good idea to save money at a $5 burger restaurant, so that we had more money for gambling… still not really sure that was a hamburger. Picking the last day of our trip to finish off the bottle of Hypnotiq and drink shots of Don Julio (at the craps table where we ruined Bert’s roll streak). Getting to the airport on time and still missing our flight. Renting a car and driving back to San Diego while singing at the top of our lungs. I always enjoy hanging out, playing poker, playing softball, watching baseball (as long as my team wins), and playing golf or tennis with B! Love ya brotha!

Leslie

Bridesmaid

Memory of the bride: Driving in Kevin’s car on the way to Yosemite and realizing I actually loved Tess when before that I thought she was my nemesis. It was such s relief! :) and eating ice cream in DC and drinking beers on a freezing cold boat that took us to see the Statue of Liberty!

Rick

Groomsman

The very first time I met Bert was at a group dinner. We both noticed something that made only him and I laugh. We looked at each other and I told myself this is a guy I have to get to know. Since that moment our relationship grown.

Yesenia “Yessi”

Bridesmaid

Where to begin….no matter where, when or what she is always there for me! I couldn’t have asked for a better friend in my life! Love your face!

Michael “Mike”

Groomsman

So where do you start with a favorite memory of Bert? Too many memories and plenty more to come!! My favorite memory of Bert could be a few golf outings, or happy hours, conversations, or ballgames but my favorite thing about Bert was when he asked me to play golf with him, Jason and Nat for the first time a couple years ago. That invitation lead to the introduction of a larger group of friends that I am so happy to be a part of!! Cheers!!!

Bridesmaid

Memories with the bride: Kayaking the caves of La Jolla together and seeing Tess get stuck with a partner who left her out to dry and made her do all the work to pull the team together...I'll never forget it lol

Well you’re my dad so there are countless memories…but one thing I will never ever forget is ALL the mornings you’d take me to school and without fail would tell me to “go learn something” and I would always reply with “go teach something.” I hold these mornings very close to my heart because they always lead to a smile and a laugh.

Amy

Bridesmaid

Favorite memory with the bride: Lots to choose🤍 Our visits in Vegas- just us. Grabbing drinks at the chandelier bar, to breaking into your front door, and breaking the door itself. The smoothie after OT. All the way to walking Mango and Vinny in SD to get sushi burritos. Those quiet moments of laughing, watching TV, decorating your house. Those were the best. Also, your Vitamin C hair.

Mike

Groomsman

The Eastlake Vegas wrestling experience, when all of coaches go. Best memory is when the 1st happy hour starts.

Tiffany

Bridesmaid

Favorite memories with the bride: Celebrating our birthdays together in school… living down the street from you and getting ready together for our Jr high dances while talking about who we were going to dance with. Stealing Trevor’s truck and joyriding around town… Hands down EVERY SINGLE MOMENT IN Santa Barbara!!! From ordering late night Woodstocks or Free Birds, to listening to music up on the hill… taking in the sites! ; ) The summers we spent enjoying our youth! Our SD trip (you, me and Linds had)! La Quinta was absolute bliss! Every moment shared with you has brought such happiness to my heart, life has always been so much fun with you!!! Love you friend!

Morgan

Groomswoman

So many hilarious memories…great lunchtime debriefs as new teachers at Olympian, Bert dancing with the curtains at our last day of COVID school party while Dominguez DJ’d, but above all, as the female “groomsman” was playing basketball when my 120lb self shut his ass down in the post—had him talking in 3rd person!

Karl

Bridesman

Memories with the bride: Where do I even begin…

Jonas

Groomsman

My sister’s happiness will be my favorite memories of Bert…

Melanie

Bridesmaid

Special Memory with the bride: Tessy so generously took me to my first Beyoncé concert & it was a night I’ll never forget! Dance recitals clad in itchy tulle & clown makeup offered some hilarious childhood memories seated in my brain.

Howard

Groomsman

Bert and I have shared countless memories together on the football fields! We bonded over our passion for the game and coaching! Camping trips with our sons were always a blast. He has never caught one fish! He did come through when it came to starting a fire and he borrowed matches from Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher! Our fire is still burning theirs is not!
