Being with friends and family is upmost important during these celebrations. Some family friends are gracious enough to host the Welcome Party for everyone to meet and enjoy time together. Wine, beer, and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided.

Ceremony 5:00pm The service will be held in the Bryan Courtyard. It will be in a beautiful outdoor area (weather permitting) and will last about 30 minutes. Please arrive early for seating. Cocktail Hour 5:30pm Tasty light appetizers and drinks will be served in the Hill Ballroom Colonnade. Reception 6:30pm Dinner and drinks will be held in the Hill Ballroom. Please bring your dancing shoes as these are two families that love to dance. Cookie Table Participation is welcomed but optional. Cookie Tables are one symbol of marriage - both built on tradition & a sense of community. It is kindly requested for guests to participate by providing one plate of homemade cookies/treats for everyone to share at the reception.
