All events will take place at Casa Cody. We will have it to ourselves for the weekend and think you will enjoy this historic (but newly renovated) resort with its lush bougainvillea and mountain backdrop. We look forward to spending the weekend together with our family and friends, relaxing and celebrating!
Casa Cody has a variety of accommodations, ranging from suites to studios. All must be booked for two nights. We have special rates for our guests and have assigned rooms, based on the size of the party. We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible. All rooms must be booked by March 1. Call Casa Cody directly and tell them you are part of the Hughes-Alt wedding. If you have questions or special requests, don't hesitate to call either of us.

Travel Note
Getting to Palm Springs
Palm Springs is 125 miles from the Los Angeles airport (LAX). In good traffic, it is about a 2½ hour drive to Casa Cody. We strongly encourage you to leave LA before noon; any later and traffic will be very bad. NOTE: Most flights to LAX from the East Coast arrive too late for you to drive to Palm Springs in time for the welcome dinner, so you may want to arrive on the 6th and spend the night in Los Angeles. There is also an airport in Palm Springs, served by many major airlines; it is about a 10 minute drive to Casa Cody. Flights into Palm Springs may be more expensive that those into LAX but, since you will not need a rental car, the cost may be about the same.
