We kindly ask that you RSVP and submit your meal selections by Tuesday, February 10. Please make sure to go through all events. You will need to RSVP for multiple and hit "submit all" at the end.
The wedding is black-tie optional. Formal wear encouraged, including tuxedos, dark suits, floor-length dresses/gowns, or elegant pantsuits/jumpsuits. I'd love to see some pastel colors for women (not required)! Please refrain from wearing light yellow, as that is the color of the bridesmaid dresses. The dress code for the Welcome Party the day before (3/19) is cocktail attire.
You will park or get dropped off in the parking lot of The Dallas Arboretum Entry/Gate 2 off Lakeland Drive. If you would like to Uber/Lyft you can easily get dropped off and picked up here as well. Dallas is a hub for Uber/Lyft, so you won't have any issues if you go that route. Dallas also offers Fetii, which is a fun way to get driven with a bigger group of people, similar to a party bus. **It is important to drive into Gate/Entry 2, or else you will be in the wrong area of the arboretum (a big venue).
We’re keeping our guest list limited. If you received a plus one, you'll see their name when you go online to RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of our flower girls, ring bearer, and a few immediate family kids. If you’re unsure, you’ll see any invited children listed on your RSVP. If they’re not listed, we kindly ask that you join us for a kid-free evening. Thank you so much for understanding!
Yes, you can see our registry page on our website. https://www.zola.com/wedding/hughandalyssa/registry While we’ve included a small registry, we’re fortunate to already share a home filled with love and many of the essentials. If you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, contributions to our honeymoon fund would mean so much as we create unforgettable memories on our first adventure as husband and wife.
