Question

I didn’t get an invitation…

Answer

First and foremost we want to say that we love you dearly. Creating our guest list was one of the hardest parts of planning our wedding. Please know that it is most certainly not because we don’t want you there. We are solely taking on the expense of our big day and Unfortunately the amount of guests we have weighs heavily on our costs therefore we had to take into careful consideration on how many guests we invited. You aren’t being overlooked by any means and please know if we could have everyone there we would.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 Sharp! Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to take your seat under the pavilion. Once the procession begins you will not be allowed to walk down to the pavilion to take your seat. You will be asked to hold back and wait to join the reception following the ceremony.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we would love all kids to attend it does hold weight on cost of vendors. We will have some children attending the wedding. These will be family and family of the wedding party. If your children are included in your count you will see it reflected on the invitation with “and family” being listed. If your children are included on your invitation, however you want to take the opportunity to have a fun, date night on us with free food and drinks please feel free to grab a sitter for the evening ☺️

Question

Can I bring a Date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are included on your invitation if you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation by name.

Question

Can I Take Photos and Videos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “Unplugged” Ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/vibrate/off during the Ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we’d hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony exit please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like and share them with us! Be on the look out for a QR code at the reception to easily upload personal photos to a gallery to share!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an amazing bartender, Kristen with Cheers Mobile Beverage Co. serving Beer, seltzers and wine!

Question

What if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by our deadline of April 1, 2025 you will be marked as “Not Attending”. The reason for this being that we must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors within a a timely manner.

Question

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer
