Ceremony, Cocktail hour, and Reception

6:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Attire: This event is black tie optional (more info on this in the FAQ)

Busses will be provided from the two hotels where we've secured room blocks (Holiday Inn Pantops and The Draftsman - Draftsman pickup will be across the street in front of Stacey Hall). They will arrive at 4:45 and depart promptly at 5:00 pm with two return trips later in the evening (10:15 pm and 12:00 am).

River Tubing

10:15 am - 2:00 pm

Bathing suits, water shoes, and a dry bag are all a good idea! Old tennis shoes will do in a pinch

You will most likely need a dry bag, so please obtain one in advance, or plan to get one from us the day of your trip. Aside from your cell phone, we urge you to leave valuables and electronics locked in your car. We can hold your keys at our office while you are on the river. Please plan for the elements by bringing the following items with you for your trip. – Non-cotton clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat with a brim, – Plenty of water and snacks – Optional items: Insect repellant, camera, a small cooler (fits on the back of our kayaks), swim goggles or a snorkel mask
