Unfortunately, due to space restrictions, we do not have enough room for all of our guests to attend our ceremony. We will be having a more intimate ceremony with family and select invited guests, only. Your invitation indicates specifically if you are invited to the ceremony. We are looking forward to all of our other loved ones joining us for a reception with dinner, drinks, and dancing. We love each of you SO much, and we can't wait to party with you!!

Yes, we will have complimentary beer and wine for our guests during the cocktail hour and reception. Make sure you bring your ID, as the venue requires the bartender to check everyone’s ID regardless of age. Please note that the venue, Rock Eagle 4-H Center, is NOT accessible for Uber or other ride shares. If you plan to partake, please make a plan to get home safely. Make sure someone in your party is your designated driver or plan to cut yourself off early. Plan ahead and drink responsibly!
Rock Eagle is only accessible by car. There is no public transportation nor is it accessible by Uber or other ride shares. Parking is free and plentiful! Rock Eagle is a gated facility. Upon arrival, you will check in at the Guard Shack and receive a tag to place on your dashboard. The security guard at the gate will be able to direct you to the correct building from there! If you are flying in to attend the wedding, we strongly recommend renting a car. If you plan to consume alcohol during the reception, please have a designated driver prepared to take you home. Rock Eagle is NOT accessible by Uber/Lyft/other rideshares. How you arrive at the venue is how you will need to go home. Please plan responsibly; we want all of our guests to get home safely!

Because most of our guests are local(ish) to the venue, we have elected to not block out rooms. If you are planning to stay in a hotel, please feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable! While the venue is in Eatonton, we recommend booking in the Madison, GA area.
