FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP no later than June 14th, 2026. We are aware that this is an early deadline, but there are several activities that require final counts in advance and appreciate your understanding. If you need an extension, please contact Lauren or Tyler. Otherwise, if we have not received your RSVP by the mentioned date, you will automatically be listed as a "no."

Question

Do I have to stay the whole time and participate in all organized activities?

Answer

While we’d love to have you for the full experience, it’s not required. Nothing is mandatory, with the exception of a few key events (like the wedding, probably). Otherwise, join for as many days as you can and participate in whatever feels right.

Question

How many nights are available for me at the villa?

Answer

Guests staying at Tenuta Quattro Pini will have the option of staying for 5 nights (check in 9/7, check out 9/12). Rooms will be pre-assigned.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask you come in smart casual attire to the welcome party. The wedding day dress code is cocktail. The ceremony and reception will be held on the villa grounds, so festive garden party themes are encouraged (fun colors/textures, creative silhouettes). Other than the aforementioned events, there is no dress code for the week in general. Wear what makes you comfortable! If you plan to enjoy the pool or sport facilities, please pack accordingly. There is a washing machine onsite but no dryer.

Question

What is a cocktail dress code?

Answer

Cocktail wedding attire is a step above semi-formal and one step below formal. Typically, ladies will wear an elevated dress with length falling somewhere below the knees or to the floor. Dresses are not as structured as formal dresses and allow for more creativity in patterns and silhouettes. Popular materials are satin and chiffon. Please avoid wearing white or ivory. Gentlemen generally sport a well-fitting suit, shirt, and tie with dress shoes (tuxedos are not necessary). No denim, no sneakers, please. However, please feel free to wear bold colors and patterns if that calls to you! It's a garden party, after all. If you search for "cocktail wedding dress code" online, there are many resources available for extra guidance and inspiration.

Question

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely! Just let us know on your RSVP and we’ll make sure the chef is looped in.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only extending invitations to those named on the invitation/RSVP form.

Question

How do I visit the surrounding area?

Answer

The property has plenty of parking for those who want to rent some wheels. While a car is not required depending on what you plan to do and see, rentals are quite affordable in Italy and may be more reasonable and available than taxis or rideshare. There is a metro station within a mile of the villa that runs directly to Rome's city center (line A/red line). The villa's main entrance is directly off of a main road with limited sidewalk, so carpooling or coordinating a rideshare to the station may be the best option. Please note that renting a car internationally requires additional preparations, including obtaining an international driver's license and knowing local traffic laws, such as ZTL zones, to avoid fines or other bummers. Information to be available under the Travel tab.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children who are invited will be listed on the RSVP (if you birthed them, they're in).

Question

Will there be internet on site?

Answer

The villa offers free WiFi; however, some previous guests have mentioned it being a bit unreliable, especially when many guests are using it at once. It's recommended to download any content (shows, documents, etc.) prior to arrival.
