Welcome Dinner

Settle in, freshen up, and join us for some pizza and drinks to kick off the week! Smart Casual attire. The event will be outside, so layer accordingly.

Brunch/Make New Friends!
10:00 am - 12:30 pm
A breakfast buffet will be provided, including pastries, fruit, salad, yogurt, cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon, charcuterie, and pasta, to pair with your coffee and mimosas (or straight bubbly if you're feeling that type of way). Introductions/games to be held during and immediately after brunch so the couple's favorite people can get properly acquainted! If you're eating with us, you're gaming with us - participation is not optional. Don't worry, you won't be put on the spot. Probably. Casual attire, but expect to be photographed! If you plan on using the facilities onsite afterwards, please pack accordingly.
Free Afternoon

The PM is whatever you want it to be! Lauren and Tyler will be hanging at the villa, but they support side quests for those whom adventure calls. Each villa's kitchen will be stocked with snacks and light meal items, but formal lunch and dinner will need to be found offsite. Please plan attire accordingly if you plan on enjoying the villa's amenities (tennis court, pool, and grass volleyball court). Pool towels available onsite.
Rome Pub Crawl Tour
7:30 pm
A pseudo-bachelor/bachelorette night, if you will. Join us for a guided pub crawl in Rome! We ask that you cover your cost of the tour (~$70, which covers a kick-off hour with a rooftop apertivo, followed by an open bar + snacks welcome and entry fees to 4 bars/pubs afterwards). This is a LATE NIGHT event - estimated end time is around 1-2AM. Lauren and Tyler will coordinate transportation back for everyone at the end of the night, but everyone will be responsible for making their own way to the meeting point in Rome. If you plan on heading back early, please know that the last metro to Frascati departs at ~10:00pm. It's recommended that late night taxis/drivers are scheduled in advance.

Venture out and see what Italy has to offer! For those staying at the villa, a basic continental-style breakfast buffet will be provided 8-10AM to fuel your shenanigans.

Wedding Day
4:00 pm
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, please be in your seats by 3:45. Cocktail hour, dinner, and reception to immediately follow. Dress code is Cocktail (one step above semi-formal, one step below formal). The ceremony and reception will be held on the villa grounds, so festive garden party themes are encouraged (fun colors/textures, creative silhouettes).
