Little man ice cream is a Denver staple! Make sure you stop by for some amazing ice cream, however prepare yourself to wait in line! Completely worth it :)
Coors Field - Rockies
Depending on when you get to town, feel free to check out a Rockies game! We hear the Cubs will be in town that weekend too...if you're into that sort of team...
Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
This is an absolute must for our out of town people! Red Rocks Park is unlike anything you've ever seen, hopefully there is a concert you can attend depending on when you get into town because it would be worth going. Even if there is no concert, we highly recommend heading to walk/hike around the entire amphitheater - just make sure you're wearing the right shoes and bring water! Elevation is real here :)
Golden
We absolutely love the town of Golden, and we think you will too! There are places to hike, breweries to check out, and our favorite coffee shop - Generous Coffee is located in the Tributary downtown! Not to mention Coors brewery is ready for you to tour!
Idaho Springs
If you're looking for a quick drive into a mountain town, then look no further than Idaho Springs. The town is equipped with Colorado's infamous pizza, Beau Jo's, white water rafting, a ton of breweries, places to hike, or if you just want to walk around the quaint downtown street and see what a mountain town is all about!
Denver Breweries
We highly suggest the following breweries: Denver Beer Company, Ale House at Amatos, Blue Moon Brewing Company, Great Divide Brewing Company, ETC. There are SO many amazing breweries here in Denver, and if beer is your thing then you are in the right place!
Avanti Food and Beverage
We love Avanti! Think of this place as multiple food trucks, meets amazing outdoor rooftop bar/restaurant. Grab some food (the arepas are our absolute favorite) and head upstairs to the rooftop for some amazing views of Denver and the mountains!
Edgewater Public Market
This has quickly become one of our favorite Denver spots. It has a mix of a bar, rooftop, MANY amazing restaurants to choose from, stores to shop, and a brewery - all in one great spot! Go hungry, and get ready to have so many food choices you won't know what to do!
