First time I met this guy we had a conversation about how the coolest idea for a backyard pool would be if was like a volcano that sloped into the pool but the volcano was also a slide. Or something like that. I can’t remember all that great because we were drunk. He sucks at golf. Occupation: Police Officer
Matron of Honor
The way our friendship started should not have lead us to this point, but here were are. When you have two extremely sarcastic and competitive young women thrown onto the same softball team, things tend to get a little heated. But through all of that, 12 years later, here we are and I honestly don't know where I would be without her! We have both seen each other's highest highs and lowest lows, and it's only helped our relationship grow stronger than ever. I was lucky enough to get to watch her start her marriage and family, and now it's her turn to watch me do the same.
Groomsman
Met each other freshmen year of high school playing water polo. We had 3 classes in a row together that year, and the rest is history…I think it’s called destiny. Occupation: United States National Guard
Maid of Honor
A young 18 year old Kelsey found herself all alone, 3000 miles away from home in the foreign land of Princeton, NJ starting her college career. There I was in Intro to Spanish, doing those stupid "introduce yourself" activities when I introduced myself to Jordan and we haven't stopped talking since. So I guess those dumb "first day of class exercises" aren't so dumb sometimes. Jordan was my rock through college. She was my shoulder to cry on, my study buddy, my confidant, my home away from home. She's more of a sister than a best friend and I don't know what I would do with out her in my life. I couldn't imagine starting my married life without her standing next to me to support me.
Groomsman
My big brother. He had many loving nicknames for me growing up such as, “Fire Marshall”, “Lil Bill”, “Fire Marshall bill” and many other nicknames challenging my gender and sexuality, as older brothers are expected to do. Occupation: Police Officer
Bridesmaid
My little sister who is not so little anymore. Danielle has never been afraid to do things her own way without question or remorse. I have always admired her for that. She's selfless, strong, intelligent, and never fails to accomplish everything she sets out to do. She's now serving in the United States Navy on the USS McCampbell. Most people never get to meet their heroes, but because of her I get to say that I was raised with mine. Oddly enough we didn't always used to be close. In fact, I pretty much questioned why our parents decided to have her until she was about 3 years old. Now I can't imagine not having a little sister that I look up to every day.
Groomsman
I've known this guy since 3rd grade because we grew up on the mean streets of Rancho Cucamonga together in the same neighborhood playing GI Joes and airsoft. Occupation: Firefighter
Bridesmaid
You could say Emily was practically born to be one of my best friends. The day after my 2nd birthday Emily joined our family Earth side and we've been almost inseparable ever since. We shared birthday parties growing up until I turned about 14 year old. She's smart, talented, ambitious, and the biggest Disney fan in our entire family. If you ever want to know something about Sir Tow Mater just ask her and she'll tell you everything you need to know and then some. I love her to death and I love watching her relentlessly continue to chase after her goals. I wouldn't want to walk down the isle without her by my side.
Groomsman
This guy…” The Hebrew Hammer” …once convinced me to go to Chipotle because he had a gift card for both of us…I arrive, he has no gift card, and no wallet, so I pay. Claims he is only “Jew-ish”. Occupation: United States Marine
Bridesmaid
Let's take it back to 7th grade. I don't remember exactly how we met, but I could never forget how instantly our friendship began. In 7th and 8th grade Amber and I were inseparable, but even when we went to different high schools, we still made sure to see each other as much as possible. From line dancing on the porch, to lounging in the boat in Havasu, to eating the best food. We've shared so many great memories together and continue to make more every time we are able to get together. She's one of those friends that it doesn't matter how long it's been since we've seen each other or talked, as soon as we do there's not a single beat that's skipped. Here's to adding another amazing memory to the bank with her standing by my side on the biggest day of my life.
Groomsman
Also met our freshmen year of high school playing water polo. For some reason he called me Doug for the first two months of playing together and then we always talked about family guy…the rest is history Occupation: United States Army
Bridesmaid
When I said yes to marrying Brandon, I said yes to adding a ton of amazing new people to my circle that I call family. I'm so excited that I'm getting another sister! Bree is not afraid to go off the beaten path to make sure that she's doing what really makes her happy and I admire her so much for that. She's absolutely gorgeous, smart, funny, and not afraid to speak her mind. I'm so excited to have a sister-in-law as amazing as she is!
