Are babies welcome?

Answer

As much as we love and appreciate your little ones, we have a certain age range in mind for our wedding. We truly appreciate any accommodations you make to celebrate with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, both ceremony and reception are held in one location, there is a full large parking lot as well as a second parking lot across the street that is covered.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or midi or floor length dresses for women. Suits for men, tie optional. Dress shirt and pants are also perfectly acceptable! The ceremony and celebration will include both indoor and outdoor spaces at Prairie Street Brewing Co., so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for the evening—September weather in Rockford can be cool after sunset. Have fun with your style, but please avoid white, ladies, or anything too casual like jeans or flip-flops, guys. We can’t wait to see you looking your best!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section on website.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by no later than 4:15 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with the reception being indoors.

Can I park overnight?

Answer

Yes, parking overnight is allowed. We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safety. Vehicles can be left overnight. Shuttles will be available to bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Also, Ubers and Lyfts will be available as well.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer
