IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved hotel blocks at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Pensacola Beach and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Navarre. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information and links to our room blocks.

IS THERE PARKING AT YOUR VENUE?

Answer

Our venue has limited parking available. We kindly ask that you Uber or park either at the Pensacola Beach Ball lot or at Via De Luna Dr Beach access lot (1740-1898 Via De Luna Dr, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561). There is a free trolley that runs along the beach and we will also be providing golf cart transportation between those lots and the venue.

CAN I BRING GUESTS/+1'S NOT NOTED ON MY INVITATION?

Answer

We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited/included on your RSVP.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

We respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your RSVP.

WILL THE EVENT BE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

Florida weather conditions can be very temperamental- that said, we are planning on having the ceremony on the beach and the reception will be mostly outside under a partially covered area.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We don't care what you wear, but we invite you to dress up with us!

WILL THERE BE A LOT OF WALKING OR STAIRS?

Answer

There is a 3 minute walk from our ceremony site to the reception venue and our reception venue has multiple levels. For guests with limited mobility we will have golf cart shuttles and there is an elevator in our reception venue.
