Please RVSP by August 15, 2021.
Our ceremony will be at 4:30, so we recommend arriving by 4:00.
Semi-formal (dressy casual). Feel free to wear your "House Colors." 😉 (Don't know yours? Go take a free online quiz!)
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If it does not, we would kindly prefer if it was just you as we are hoping to keep a more intimate wedding with the ones we love most. The same goes if you are looking to add an additional guest to your RSVP. Thank you for being so understanding!
We love kids! If you have a kiddo, we included them on the invite. However, we know some parents might want the night off to relax! Your choice, but just let us know if your child(ren) will be attending when you RSVP. (Aaaand just be mindful there will be alcohol on-site!)
Yes, from the Marriott hotel in Morganton, NC to BMBR! There is a trolly at our venue that works directly with that hotel that we will use to arrive and leave. If you're not staying at the Marriott, but would like to utilize the trolley, we recommend staying at a hotel/airbnb nearby to the Marriott and driving/uber-ing over to the Marriott parking lot to hop on the trolley. :)
We highly recommend staying in Morganton, NC if you'd like to utilize the Venue's Trolley Service. Otherwise, there are hotels in Lenoir, NC which is also about 25 minutes from the venue.
Yes, there is parking on-site at BMBR!
We recommend arriving on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021.
We would recommend taking an Uber or Taxi from the airport if you will not be renting a car.
Yes! We will be within the mountains of North Carolina during peak Fall season... it will likely drop down to the 50s! We recommend bringing a warmer jacket with you, though we will have fire pits on-site to help warm ya up!
If you’re fully vaccinated for COVID-19, masks will not be required. If you are unvaccinated, we totally encourage wearing a mask if it makes YOU feel more comfortable! We are also happy to accommodate any social distancing needed for any guests who would feel more comfortable by letting us know. We look forward to celebrating with all of our guests, and we take your health & safety seriously. Lastly, if you're unvaccinated and suddenly not feeling well before the wedding, please stay home or take a test beforehand! Again, safety of ourselves and guests is a priority.
Let us know when you RSVP! We'd be happy to think of accommodations.
