Before Brett and Sarah met in real life, they became Facebook friends in hopes that they could play a prank on their mutual friend, Becky Burgess. Despite their digital connection, neither one of them was brave enough to reach out to the other, though they really did want to coordinate said prank. These two spent years hearing about one another consistently through their shared friend and met in passing in 2020. Their paths crossed once more on New Year's Eve of 2023 and as it turns out, third time really is the charm! After being re-introduced, it became quickly apparent that maybe they weren't strangers after all. Immediately, these two recognized each other as kindred spirits and while Brett and Sarah share many common interests, their greatest commonality will always be in their ability to make each other laugh. After a few years of long walks, board games, and a variety of sushi rolls, they got engaged in a snow storm on a road quite literally coined "Memory Lane". We are overjoyed to be able to celebrate with you all at our wedding!
