Matron of Honor
We've been best friends since middle school, roommates, and now each other's Maid/Matron of Honor! We went from gossiping about boys to planning each other's wedding. I can't believe we've been best friends for almost 13 years! It's really flown by and it's crazy to think about how much we've grown as friends. She's always been there to give me real-life advice and a shoulder to lean on. Besides the obvious reasons, I've mainly chosen her to be in my bridal party, alongside my sisters, because she is my sister too.
Best Man
Kai is Nick's best friend. Unfortunately, he will not be able to attend our wedding in person. It only makes sense that he can't make it, since Nick also couldn't make it to his either ;). We are super proud of Kai for continuing to advance in his Army career and 100% understand the circumstances. His dad Jamie will be standing in for him for our wedding. PLUSSSS during this time, he will become a DAD! We are super pumped to be Aunt Paulina and Uncle Douche to baby Kaison and cannot wait to meet him!! XOXO
Bridesmaid
Ivy is my youngest sister, but my best friend. She's my gym buddy, my shopping partner, my go-to person for pretty much anything. Ivy is not just a bridesmaid for ME. She's Nick's little sister, his personal consultant when it comes to buying me gifts or getting advice. She's Nova's best friend and dog sitter. Ivy is such an important part of our lives. I always know that Ivy will have our back and I'm relieved to have her in our wedding party. ❤️
Bridesmaid
Alvina was my first sister, my first best friend. We are fairly close in age, so we rely on each other for advice all the time. She was one of the first people to step up for me when I was diagnosed with lupus. Alvina came with me to my Rheumatology appointments, my infusions at the Cancer Center, and made me lupus-friendly meals when I was too ill to cook. I think about those selfless things all the time because it was more than I could've ever asked anyone of. She may be a bit younger, but she has no idea how much I look up to her. I'm so thankful to have her in my life and my wedding.
Bridesmaid
Caitlin has been one of my best friends for over 10 years. She's my bubbly, sweet bestie who's energy is so infectious that I can't help but laugh and smile whenever I'm around her! She's the friend that I'm most comfortable being myself around. I couldn't imagine getting married without her there cheering me on. She's been by my side through every high and low and I'm so grateful to have her in my life. It's funny to think about now, but when we'd talk boy drama, we'd always joke about just giving up and marrying eachother lol (unless one of us ended up marrying Joe Jonas first). Girl, I finally found the one! Thank you for being my best friend. I love you!!!
Bridesmaid
Although Paige is technically my sister in-law, I've always just thought of her as my older sister. I've know Paige since I was in middle school. She's seen me grow into the person I am today. We have the same sense of humor and can laugh about stupid things all night. I admire and look up to her so much- she's beautiful, hilarious, and confident. Paige was someone who really stepped up for me when I got sick. She missed work to take me to appointments, bought me a Lupus-friendly cookbook, and she's still always checking in on me. I truly couldn't ask for a better sister in-law. Nobody else would fit in this family so well. I stood by her when she married my brother, and I'm so excited to have her stand by me when I marry Nick.

Officiant
Our wedding will be officiated by Paulina's brother, Johnny. We really wanted a light, relaxed ceremony officiated by someone who was funny, but not too cheesy...professional, but not too serious...but importantly, by someone who we really connected with. We wanted someone who "practices what they preach." Not that he's a religious figure of any sort, but he's someone who can address to us, from his heart, the value of love. Johnny and his wife, Paige were high school sweethearts. I've (Paulina) known them through every stage of their relationship so far and I can say that their relationship is one that I truly admire. Maybe without even realizing it, they've taught me about forgiveness, unconditional support, and that the person I should marry should also be my best friend.
Father of the Bride
I've recently realized that me and my dad are basically the same person- introspective, logical, goofy, and love good food. Then I realized, there's much bigger parts of who I am that I also gained from admiring my dad: my creative thinking, my mental strength, my desire to take care of those around me, and my persistence in mastering any skill I learn until I'm bored with it. He's influenced who I am more than he knows, and I am so so lucky to have him as my dad.
Mother of the Bride
My mom is the strongest lady I know. She's got a way of just "figuring it out" and making it look so easy. I hope to be as much of a self-sacrificing wife ( and possibly future mom) as she is. She's a firecracker, a social butterfly, and a the person I can always get an HONEST opinion from... about my outfits, cooking, and especiallyyy boys. (Thank you mama for not letting me marry any of the other clowns I dated in the past haha). Mom, I love and admire you so much! Thank you for everything you do.
