COVID-19 & FAQs

Question

What is the Covid-19 Policy?

Answer

In keeping with our devotion to you and your safety, all guests are required to obtain a negative covid test result within 72 hours of the event, regardless of vaccination status. Our number one priority is to make everyone feel comfortable celebrating together.

Question

Where can I upload my covid test results?

Answer

To help manage and expedite check-in, we kindly request that guests upload test results prior to the event using this upload form: https://forms.gle/xENN5z4KtBeN3bLp6 and be ready to show photo ID upon arrival. Both PCR and rapid testing are accepted.

Question

Will there be on-site rapid testing?

Answer

If you are unable to receive your test results within 72 hours of the event, we will have free on-site rapid testing available. Please make sure to bring your health insurance card and pre-register for on-site testing using the following link: https://www.kaminhealth.com/rachel. To avoid crowding by the entrance, we ask that you make every effort to get tested prior to the event.

Question

How can I schedule at-home testing?

Answer

Guests in the Great Neck area can schedule free at-home testing by contacting Rachel Levian at 516-770-9684. Guests based in Manhattan can schedule at-home testing by contacting Ally at 908-307-2364. Each test with Ally will cost $100 with insurance or $200 without insurance. Discounted rates for Ally's may be available for groups of 3+ at one location. Both testing options turn test results around in approximately 24 hours.

Will drive-thru testing be available for Long Island-based guests?
