...It Happened!

We got married!

To our family and friends: Even on our best days, we do not control the universe. And we certainly don’t in these times! As mentioned when we sent the invitation, we knew there was a good chance we would need to cancel our plans. However, we do have some control within the universe and for Angie and me, that meant we could still get married on May 2, virus be damned!! Yes, we went through with the official act on Saturday. We gathered two brave and “essential humans” and their +1 who graciously agreed to witness the ceremony. Also attending was our “noble vicar” who presided over the nuptials. We certainly missed seeing all of you and not being able to share this special moment in person. That said, and if you are wondering, YES!, we still plan to throw a PARTY! once it is safe for all of us to be together. Our hope is we can do that soon.
