What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Suits for men; calf length to long dresses for women. Please be aware that the ceremony will take place on an outdoor patio.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes. Shuttle service will be provided from Loews Hotel to Lake Quivira and from Lake Quivira to the Loews Hotel. Paid parking is available at the Loews Hotel, even if you are not staying at the hotel overnight.

When does the shuttle leave?

Answer

To utilize the shuttle from Loews Hotel to Lake Quivira, please be in the Loews Hotel lobby no later than 3:45 PM. Shuttles from Lake Quivira Back to Loews Hotel begin laps starting at 9 PM and run through the end of the event.

Is there parking at Lake Quivira for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available in front of the Clubhouse. If you are driving, you will be asked to provide your name at the front gate to enter.

Can I bring a date? Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding. We cannot wait to celebrate!
