Please arrive by 4:45 PM for champagne welcome; ceremony and cocktail hour to follow. If using shuttle from Loews Hotel to Lake Quivira, please be in the Loews Hotel lobby no later than 3:45 PM. If arriving to Lake Quivira by car, parking is available in front of the clubhouse. If arriving by car, please be aware that you will give your name at the front gate to enter.
6:15 pm - 11:00 pm
Departure shuttles back to Loews Hotel begin at 9 PM and will run continuously through the end of the event. Join us at the Loews Hotel lobby bar after the reception to continue the celebration!
