Our wedding ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 4:00 PM Hawai'i Standard Time.
When you receive the formal invitation, RSVP by June 30, 2025, to ensure we can comfortably accommodate everyone. You may receive an RSVP card with a self-addressed, stamped envelope or a QR code for your RSVP. If you receive the QR code, please scan it with your smartphone camera to be directed to our website. Once there, please click on the RSVP tab and enter the first and last name of one member of your party. If you are responding for yourself and a guest (or your family), you can RSVP for your entire group on the following page.
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate the named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event as we do not have the space or accommodations necessary to create a welcoming space for children. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Our wedding attire is Island Semi-Formal. For more information on Island Semi-Formal, please copy and paste this link: https://www.brides.com/beach-wedding-attire-4842339#toc-beach-wedding-attire-for-men-and-women-by-dress-code
We are working on securing guest transportation to and from Waikiki and the venue on the wedding day. Please check our website regularly for updated information. While we won't be providing transport to and from the airport to hotels, we've arranged a special group discount with Budget and Avis car rental agencies. This should help make your travel arrangements a little easier. Please see the Transportation page for the links.
Parking is available in the designated lot near the front entrance to Lanikūhonua. There are 200 parking stalls available on a first come, first serve basis.
When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Hawai'i does not observe daylight saving time and follows Hawai'i Standard Time (HST). As a result, depending on your departure city, Hawai'i time is three to five hours behind Mainland time. When booking your flight, select Honolulu (HNL) as your destination. It is located on the beautiful island of O'ahu. Keep in mind that, typically, your journey back home will see you arriving at your final destination one day later. For instance, if you schedule your return flight to the Mainland for Saturday, you can expect to reach your home city by Sunday. This time difference is important to plan for as you finalize your travel arrangements.
Yes! There are several options we can recommend for hotels. Please see the Travel & Accommodations section for a full list. *An important note regarding AirBnB/VRBOs in Hawai'i: Short-term rentals (STRs) are allowed to operate in Hawai'i with a minimum booking time of 30 days; however, you can rent STRs for a week, depending on local zoning regulations. On O'ahu, you can rent legally permitted STRs for a week in resort-zoned areas like Waikiki, Ko'Olina, and Turtle Bay Resort. Check if the property in one of these resort-zoned areas is legally permitted before booking.
September makes an excellent month to visit the island of O'ahu, Hawai'i. The weather in September offers pleasant temperatures between 73 and 89 degrees Fahrenheit. Trade winds from the northeast somewhat calm the high humidity. The rainy season doesn't begin until November, so September rain tends to be mild-to-moderate. The warm and inviting weather is perfect for outdoor tours and activities!
