What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating before our ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site. Guests staying at the Hampton Inn Hotel will enjoy convenient shuttle service to and from the venue. Additional details will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes, everything will take place on the grounds of Shepherd’s Run.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that guests wear cocktail attire. Picture a refined garden party - floor length or midi dresses for the ladies and suits, or dress shirts and slacks for the gentlemen.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with our reception to follow under a tent. Since the venue grounds feature grass and gravel, we recommend the ladies wear block heels or flats for comfort. Thank you for planning accordingly!

We've carefully planned our guest list based on our venue's capacity, so we're able to invite only those named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Early September in Rhode Island typically offers warm daytime temperatures with cooler evenings, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl to stay comfortable throughout the day.

How do I get to the venue location?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at 4780 Tower Hill Road, South Kingstown, RI 02879. If you're traveling south on RI-4, you'll need to make a U-turn at the intersection near Prout High School, where you'll see the Fairfield Inn. The venue entrance is on the right.
