Where is the location of the venue?
Answer
3105 Roy Webb Road, Jacksonville, AL 36265 In other words, it is right off the shortcut road going to Jacksonville from Centre, about 5 miles from the main 4 lane road that goes by JSU. There is a little sign at the driveway that says “Fiddler’s Green”. You can’t see the house/village from the road due to trees so the sign is the main marker. There also may be a sign that says Robertson/Hays Wedding at the entrance if I ever get a chance to make it.

Parking?
Answer
Once you go down the long driveway, you will veer left when you approach the white antebellum style house, then proceed to go down a road path (not paved). There will be a parking sign pointing in the direction you should drive and parking is all the way in the back in a large field. There will be a golf cart to drive those to the ceremony site if needed.

Reception location?
Answer
The reception will be held in the same vicinity as the ceremony. There will be tables setup that will be visible from the ceremony site.

Reception Seating
Answer
Seating will be first come, first serve. We feel our family and friends will enjoy being around each other enough that there is no need for assigned seats. However, if you feel strongly against this, you can label your seat before the ceremony begins— Just bring some tape and a piece of paper with your name(s) and attach it to your preferred seat.

Cocktail Hour
Answer
During cocktail hour there will be a bartender in the “country store” bedside the ceremony site. At this time there will be 2 signature cocktails as well as beer and wine provided complementary to our guests. The cocktails will be available for cocktail hour only, after the hour is up, beer and wine will be served. Please have a designated driver if you choose to consume alcohol at our event.
