Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide transportation to and from the Artisan Hotel and Zorvino Vineyards. Buses will be available to pick people up from the Artisan Hotel at 5:00. The window to get on the bus is 5-5:15. Promptly at 5:15 the buses will head to Zorvino. Buses will pick guests up from Zorvino to return to The Artisan Hotel at Tuscan Village following the end of the Reception at 11:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love if our friends and family dressed up with us! The wedding is semi-formal, so we encourage you to wear cocktail attire!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be held outside! The Reception will be held inside and don't worry, there is AC!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony begins at 6:00, so please arrive promptly between 5:30-5:45.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at our venue, Zorvino Vineyards! You can leave your car there overnight following the reception, if needed. Just please make sure your car is picked up by 12pm on Sunday 7/14.

Have you reserved room blocks?

Answer

For hotel reccommendations and information on discount codes, please visit the Accommodation page of our website! If you book at The Artisan hotel at Tuscan Village through the link on our page, you will automatically receive a 15% discount on the price at booking!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to The {Your Last Name} Family if your children have been invited.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests and we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
