This is a closed hour for any participants in the event to practice, inspect or set up equipment they may need for the event the next day. The day of event planner and a VisArts representative will be present to answer questions. *Please join us at the dinner when you finish up!
Ceremony Rehearsal

This event is for the immediate wedding party only, where we will walk through the details of the ceremony itself. The day of event planner and a representative of VisArts will be on hand to answer any questions.

Time to celebrate! The wedding and reception at all rolled into one big party! We don't want to give the details away, but show up ready to play when you walk in the door. Expect entertainments, performances, games... plus a wedding! Dinner will be served roughly at 8:00pm with dancing and further entertainments to follow.
