Shuttle from Loews and Hyatt Hotels to Venue

May 9, 2026 4:15 pm - 4:30 pm

We will have 2 shuttles coming to pick people up from the hotels - they will have one bus come to the Hyatt then meet back at the Loews (since more people are staying there) and then shuttles will leave from there. Please be ready for pickup at 4:15PM at the Hyatt & 4:30PM at the Loews if you would like to use the shuttle. There are 35 seats on each so it is first-come, first-serve.

We will have two 34-person vans transporting people to/from the Loew's hotel and the Hyatt Centric hotel. There will be two departure windows for those that want to leave the party early as well.

Travel Note

Uber, Lyft, MARTA Recommended

Rideshare apps are very affordable here, so would recommend using that for the weekend vs. renting a car due to traffic and parking costs in the city. For those flying in, the airport is only about a 15-20 minute drive from all the action!

Train

MARTA

You can take the MARTA straight from the ATL airport to the hotels in Midtown for $2.50 one-way. The train ride is about ~20-30 minutes. Distance from the Midtown station to the hotel blocks: Hyatt Centric is approx. 4 min walk, Loew's Hotel is approx. 7 min walk. Marriott Suites is approx. 4 minute walk from the Arts Center station.
