Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests please RSVP by July 5 so we can plan accordingly. Thank you, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony has started. Thank you for understanding

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be primarily an adults-only celebration. Children are invited for immediate family only and will be noted on the invitation if applicable. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on-site. Our ceremony and reception will be held on the same campus. Their parking lot can accommodate around 80 cars, with overflow parking available in the front field if additional space is needed.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at The Wisp for our guests. To book within the block, please reference Group Booking ID: 8673 when making your reservation. Please contact reservations between the hours of 8am-6pm by calling 855-656-4632. Rooms will be released to the general public on June 17, so we recommend booking early.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We want our guests to look and feel their best while matching the elegant, rustic vibe of our venue. For women, we recommend cocktail dresses, midi or knee-length dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. For men, suits with dress shirts are perfect, and ties are optional. We kindly ask that guests avoid casual attire such as jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers to maintain the polished, celebratory atmosphere of the day.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

In addition to the ceremony, we have plenty of fun planned for the day! Reception: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM Join us for dinner, drinks, and dancing to celebrate together! End-of-Night Bonfire: 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM Stick around for a cozy late-night bonfire with drinks and s’mores under the stars. We can’t wait to celebrate with you from start to finish!
