What are the room block dates?

We have blocked rooms for the travel dates 6/8/2021 - 6/14/2021. All guest are more than welcome to travel before and stay longer than the room blocked dates provided at the negotiated room rates. For more information please speak with our travel agent Tom Starrett.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What’s the dress code?

Beach cocktail attire. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Does the price listed on DestinationWedding.com include flight cost?

Answer

No. You can opt to purchase flights on your own or have the travel agent assist you.

Is a deposit required at the time of booking?

Answer

Yes, a deposit must be placed to confirm booking. Inquiries received without a deposit are considered unconfirmed and rooms are not held.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, payment plans can be made at the time of booking or at a later date. Please be sure to connect with the travel agent for more information.

When are payments due?

Answer

If you are not on a payment plan, a second payment of $400 is due Friday, January 29th, 2021. Final payment is due Wednesday, March 24th, 2021. For more information please visit the Travel section.
