WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The ceremony and reception will take place at Honor's parents' home (Dennis & Patti).

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend,” online so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony, to ensure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The entire event will be outdoors. We will have a large tent for dinner and dancing. Please be advised that you will need to walk on the grass and there may be uneven terrain. There will be golf carts available for those who may need assistance getting to each area.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK?

Answer

If you are not staying in the hotel block or if you wish to drive yourself to the venue, there will be parking available at the Golf Center located on the corner of Orchard Drive and 997. A shuttle will take you from this parking area to the venue. Please allow yourself at least 30 minutes to park and arrive at the ceremony location.

Is transportation provided from SpringHill Suites by Marriott?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the event for guests staying at Springhill Suites by Marriott. Should you wish to utilize transportation, please be ready for pick up out front of the hotel by 3:00 PM. Guests will be dropped off near the ceremony location, but will need to walk to the final ceremony site. Golf carts will be available for guests who may need assistance to the ceremony location. The shuttle will leave to return to the hotel at 10:00 PM and the final shuttle will depart for the hotel at 12:00 AM. Other shuttle departure times may be available upon request.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Answer

In early August the weather is typically between 75-85 degrees.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will have some alone time while guests make their way to cocktail hour in the garden. Cocktail hour will be followed by dinner, dancing and other fun things. : ).

We recommend the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Chambersburg, PA.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? DO I NEED TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN I DO IT ONLINE?

ANY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/GLUTEN FREE/SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS AT DINNER?

Answer

The food provided at the wedding will be all vegan/plant based and will be Mexican themed. Honor is a passionate vegan foodie and is so excited to share the love with you all on their special day. Please don't be intimidated as there will be a serious delicious feast! GF options will be available.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We kindly ask that cell phones are kept out of sight during the ceremony. Otherwise, yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Feel free to tag your photos with our wedding hashtag #jebgothonor so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation.
