We have a block of hotels reserved at Towne Suites South for $129 a night. This location is about 10 minutes from downtown but closer to the venue and restaurants such as Saltgrass, Chuy's, PF Chang's and many others. Use the link above to reserve by September 15th.

Cambria Hotel Waco University Riverfront

Cambria is downtown on the river. Waco's Saturday morning Farmer's Market is right next door (live music, food trucks, local artisans) as well as the bridge to walk across the river to get downtown for local shopping and eateries. Use the reservation link above by September 15th to get a room in our block for $160 a night.

Flight

Waco Regional (ACT)

Waco is smack dab in the middle of Dallas and Austin. Either one of those city airports would be perfect but you would need a car or shuttle for the 90 minute ride to Waco. To fly directly to Waco, the airport code is ACT. Let me know when you arriving in case I can arrange for someone to get you.
