How do I RSVP?

Our RSVP deadline has now passed. We look forward to celebrating with all those joining us on our special day, as well as those celebrating with us from afar.

Where will the wedding ceremony be held?

Answer

We are excited for our wedding ceremony to be held at St. Philip's Episcopal Church! St. Philip's has been Gracelyn's home church for over 20 years and holds a special place in her heart. St. Philip's is located at 6400 Stonebrook Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034. The church has ample onsite parking to accommodate our guests. Most guests will park in the south lot closest to Stonebrook Parkway, however, all parking lots are available. The closest accessible parking spaces are available in the south lot.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving with enough time to allow you to park and be seated by 3:45pm. Guests arriving after the processional has begun will be asked to wait until an usher is able to escort them to their seat in the sanctuary. Travel times in DFW can vary significantly based on the day, time, and traffic conditions. We recommend checking your preferred navigation app before heading to your destination.

Where will the reception be held?

Our reception will be held at The Room on Main on the 6th Floor. The Room on Main is located at 2030 Main Street, Dallas, TX 75201. The building in located southwest of the intersection of Main Street and Pearl Street.

What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

Doors to our reception at The Room on Main will officially open for cocktail hour at 6:00pm. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than this so our vendors have time to perfectly set up the space! St. Philip’s and The Room on Main are situated 27 miles apart, a 30-45 minute drive, depending on traffic conditions.

Where do I park at the reception?

Answer

Parking will be available in the parking garage located at 2000 Elm Street, Dallas, TX 75201. The garage is located directly across the street from the venue. Parking validation information is below. When you enter the parking garage you will receive a parking ticket. You can leave this ticket in your car if you'd like. As you enter the The Room on Main there will be an attendant at the door handing out parking validation tickets. You will need to keep this validation ticket with you as it contains instructions that say, "Scan this before scanning your garage ticket for validation." When exiting the garage after leaving the reception you should first scan the validation ticket provided by the attendant and then scan the original parking ticket you received when entering the garage. This will validate your parking. Please note that cars can be left overnight in the garage if need, however, you will need to pay the Elm Street Garage parking rate as the validation ticket will no longer be valid when you come back to pick up you car.

What should I wear?

Formal Attire Suits and longer dresses encouraged. Please wear what makes you feel comfortable celebrating with us!

Can I take photos and post on social media?

Answer

Yes—but with one small request! We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony unplugged by refraining from taking or posting photos or videos. This allows everyone to be fully present and gives our photographer the opportunity to capture the moment without distractions. Once it's time to celebrate at the reception, we'd love to see your photos and memories shared with family and friends! You can tag us, use the hashtag #HOLYTOLEDOS or email photos and videos to thejgtoledos@gmail.com.

Answer

We love all the little ones in our lives, however, our reception venue is not able to accommodate everyone. Children who are invited will be indicated on your formal invitation.
