The venue has spaced out the tables to help with social distancing and are working with James & Tabby to make sure families that came together are sitting together. They will be doing a health survey upon your arrival to the venue. They have asked James & Tabby to purchase hand sanitzer for all the tables in case guests would like to use it during their visit to The Old Lantern. All of the staff will be wearing face masks and sanitizing regularly. They have sneeze guards for all of the food and the bar to keep our guests as safe as possible. There is also outdoor events if you feel more comfortable being outside. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact James or Tabby.
Yes - While inside the building, please wear a mask while walking around or dancing. You can remove your mask while you are seated for dinner. If you are outside, you do not need to wear a mask at all. The ceremony will be outside as well as a second dance floor, seating, and lawn games.

Your invitation will indicate the number of people that are invited for your party. If you were not given a plus one - please contact the bride or groom for more information.
We would like for you to enjoy your night, with or without your kids - If your invitation says 'family', your paper RSVP will account for your kid(s). If you don't want to bring them, a sitter for the weekend will be in order.
There is plenty of parking at the venue but we also have the shuttle from the hotel to ensure all of our family and friends are safe to have a good time and relax.
Yes - pick up from the hotel will starts at 3pm. The last bus to go back to the hotel will be at 12am.

We ask that all guests either keep their phones in their pockets or in their cars. We would prefer an 'unplugged' ceremony as our professional photographer will be capturing all of the heart tugging moments.
